Green Acre

As we get set to launch our greenest housing development to date, we wanted to provide some further information on the heating systems within all of our properties we have for sale on Green Acre.

There will be no gas supply on this site. The 2 and 3 bedroom homes will have Exhaust Air Heat Pumps (EAHPs) which are fitted in the kitchen of the property and are a similar size to a fridge freezer and the 4 bedroom houses will have an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) which will be fitted outside of the property.
